Penerapan Metode Demonstrasi dengan Kegiatan Melipat dalam Mengembangkan Motorik Halus

This study aims to describe efforts to develop fine motor skills through origami folding activities with the demonstration method at RA Sa'id Yusuf Pancoran Mas, Depok city. The design of this research is to use descriptive qualitative research, which is a term used in qualitative research for a descriptive study. Data collected through interviews, observation, documentation. The research subjects were group B, RA Sa'id Yusuf in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 5 students. Research data in the form of the development of children's fine motor skills were collected using the observation method. In this study, one way to develop children's fine motor skills is to use the demonstration method with folding activities. The results of this study indicate that using the demonstration method in folding activities can develop fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years at RA Sa'id Yusuf. Students are very active and enthusiastic when doing folding activities with the demonstration method. Supporting factors are students, the ability of teachers to explain and tools for indoor and outdoor educational games.
