PENGUATAN KAPASITAS PEDAGOGIK PENDIDIK TK AL-AQOBAH II LEWAT PENDEKATAN INTERAKTIF PADA PEMBELAJARAN MENYIMAK

TK Al-Aqobah II located in Palembang identified the need to implement interactive learning methods to improve students’ listening skills. However, teachers encountered difficulties due to limited understanding of how to apply such methods in classroom practice. This community service program was designed to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical competence through interactive learning approach. The program consisted of training, workshops, and mentoring sessions that emphasized practical strategies for developing students’ listening abilities. Results showed that teachers demonstrated improved skills in planning and implementing interactive learning, leading to more engaging and effective classroom practices. The program also had a broader impact on the partner institution by enhancing teacher competence as a key human resource in early childhood education. In conclusion, interactive learning methods proved effective for developing listening skills and are recommended for continuous application, as they also support the improvement of students’ speaking abilities.
