Abstract

The development of noble character uses rewards starthrough stories of early childhood Islam that uses action research /classroom action research. Subjects in the study were children age 4-5 years group A and numbering 20 children. The method used for collecting data is observation, documentation and oral tests. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed the development of noble character in the form of rewards starbefore class action research was carried out by 27%. After the actions taken are determined through Islamic stories, the results of the first cycle are 43% and the second cycle increases to 82%. The results of the study have met the indicators of achievement of 70% that have been agreed by researchers with the school. The results of the study show that by giving rewards starand telling Islamic stories children can develop noble character. Based on the data from the class action research, it can be concluded through the use of rewards starand telling stories with Islamic stories can improve the development of noble character TK A children.
